  • Yes. Every Halland home is designed around your needs, lifestyle, and budget. We don’t use pre-set templates, each build is customized from the ground up.

  • Not at all. If you already own a lot, we’re happy to build on it. If you don’t, we also offer available homesites and can help you select the right lot for your home.

  • Both. Some lots are available for purchase on their own, while others are offered as part of a custom home build. Availability varies, and we’re happy to walk through current options with you.

  • We primarily build in the West Michigan/Lakeshore Area . If you’re considering a location outside this area, reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

  • Timelines vary based on design complexity, permitting, and site conditions. Most custom builds take several months from final design approval to completion. We provide clear timelines and consistent updates throughout the process.
